We work closely with small to medium size businesses in Nottingham and the surrounding East Midlands region, to support their Wellbeing @ Work Strategy. 

We work with likeminded health practitioners who also share in the same vision of promoting Wellbeing in the workplace. 

Mental ill health and stress are two of the biggest causes of long term absence - It's our aim for your employees to achieve improved mental health, reduced absenteeism and a reduction in stress levels for a more energised, more productive and more engaged workforce.

Great conference replacement

If we never went back to our annual conference day of presentations but had a wellbeing day like this instead, we would not be disappointed.
