Boxercise

Boxercise is an exercise concept based on the training methods of boxers.

Sessions typically involves hitting focus pads but no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting , accessible to all ages and fitness levels………Great for cardio!

Boxing provides a useful balance between cardio and resistance training, your heart rate will be increased as you punch and move.

Punching, whether it’s a punch bag or a set of pads, requires a surprising amount of upper body strength.
